OUR HISTORY:
PRIDE AND TRADITION
In 1949, Mr. Frederico Spézia married Mrs. Hilda Kraisch and, in the same year, consolidated another achievement: the acquisition of the still of his father-in-law José Kraisch.
Cachaçaria Spézia was born from this union and partnership in the city of Luiz Alves, Santa Catarina.

In the beginning, the family itself cultivated sugar cane, milling it to ensure supplies.
Later, sugarcane molasses was brought in carts for production, coming from neighboring neighborhoods by the city's settlers.
The small business grew and allowed the purchase of machinery to increase production and meet the growing demands of the region.
FIRST BRAND:
THE WINNER
The flair and technique for achieving refined tastes, combined with the family's workforce, made Cachaça Spézia a favorite among drink lovers.
Bottling its first brand “A vitóriada”, the dedication and love for “making cachaça” lasted for decades, completing 75 years of history in 2024, with thousands of customers loyal to the brand in Brazil and abroad.

PRODUCTION
HANDMADE
Production begins with a careful selection of raw materials, followed by a rigorous artisanal process, with distillation carried out using a copper still.
I will need the photos in higher resolution. If we have videos that would be great too.
In general, the cachaça rests for a period of 2 to 35 years in oak barrels, giving it the flavors and refinement that are unique to the brand.
